Man, I felt humbled by today's workout, it makes me realize I have a long way to go to achieve my goals, but I know I will get there because of all you amazing people smilies/cheesy.gif Joe awesome job today brother, don't feel discouraged, you should feel proud that you can do pull-ups without the band, I can't even do it without the black smilies/angry.gif Your an inspiration to us all Joe Joe, love you buddy!!
