So today's WODs are very important for everyone...Let me tell you why. The first part of the WOD is "max pullups". You will grab the bar and try to do as many pullups as possible, you have one try and if you aren't using a band, you will be trying to join the 10,20,30 or 40 "Pullup Club". Those males that join either the 30 or 40 club will receive a free shirt from Shelly and I and the ladies that join the 20 or 30 club will also get a shirt. Then afterwards you will do "Annie" which is a benchmark WOD and you are competing to get your name on the board as the top 5 men and women. HAVE FUN!!!

I got a compliment yesterday! I was told now that I am doing CrossFit I feel to leave the house half naked..lol!

Some of the duoble unders were good and some were bad......this is not an excercise you can do once in a while and master. It takes practice either before or after your workout to become a pro!!!!

I tried hard to do the double unders but I was only able to do one at a time and I was going too slow so after less than 15 I switched to the single x3. I'm going to have to make 10 duble unders part of my CFWU.

January 1, 2010 I weighed 218 lbs. That's the most I've ever weighed....EVER! Now I know weight doesn't matter as much as body composition does but I just weighed myself today and I am tipping the scales at 205 lbs. -And I can tell that I have burned off body fat and increased in lean body mass.
.
What really blows my mind is that this is only my third week. Here's to everyone exceeding their goals, pushing their limits and achieving their definition of fitness.
