So today's WODs are very important for everyone...Let me tell you why.  The first part of the WOD is "max pullups".  You will grab the bar and try to do as many pullups as possible, you have one try and if you aren't using a band, you will be trying to join the 10,20,30 or 40 "Pullup Club".  Those males that join either the 30 or 40 club will receive a free shirt from Shelly and I and the ladies that join the 20 or 30 club will also get a shirt.  Then afterwards you will do "Annie" which is a benchmark WOD and you are competing to get your name on the board as the top 5 men and women.  HAVE FUN!!!

January 1, 2010 I weighed 218 lbs. That's the most I've ever weighed....EVER! Now I know weight doesn't matter as much as body composition does but I just weighed myself today and I am tipping the scales at 205 lbs. -And I can tell that I have burned off body fat and increased in lean body mass.

What really blows my mind is that this is only my third week. Here's to everyone exceeding their goals, pushing their limits and achieving their definition of fitness.

I've been impressed with a lot of the newbies. You guys are coming in and pushing hard every time, and the results are showing it. I know it may be frustrating for some not being able to do a workout Rx, but just know that we were all "there" at one time, so keep at it and we'll all be there to push you to your goals! Sorry Guys.... you'll have to wait until next week to double dutch! I feel just as bad today as I did yesterday and the day before that! I hoping to start double dutching today...but, I guess not!!!! LADIES and i guess gents too, is anyone interested to doing the Breast Cancer 2 day walk? I want to form a team! Let me know if walking 39 miles over the course of 2days is something you are interested in. I have requested information and am planning to attend a meeting later in feb. 28 PU (So close to the 30 club, next time!)

13:44 with singles x3.

I tried hard to do the double unders but I was only able to do one at a time and I was going too slow so after less than 15 I switched to the single x3. I'm going to have to make 10 duble unders part of my CFWU.

I did "Annie" in my garage.

I did 38 burpees right after because I thought I should have been able to do the WOD is 7:30 or better...so I figured I would do 1 burpee for every second I went over my goal.

need to get my kip, gonna have to add some kip practice along with double-unders to my WOD. today was frustrating to all hell.

FLORES...my max pullup in written on the board, if i remember right i think it was 15.
