: David staying focused to finish Saturday's WOD strong. CrossFit Rancho Cucamonga would like to welcome our newest CrossFiters, Michelle, Chase, Greg, Larae and Matt. We hope you got a good workout today and will be ready for Saturday. Everyone remember to email some dates you're available to go through a private session with us. : Here are the times posted on Saturday's WOD (it looks like some people forgot to post):

: Everyone get ready for Saturday. I will be emailing you about the details, and feel free to invite some friends. WOD "Tabata Something Else" Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises. Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

:Kayla holding our sign so it doesn't blow down. Congrats to Jeff and Trish for kicking butt in yesterday's workout. The both of you have inspired all of us to push harder, even though Jeff met "pukie" in the process. It just goes to show you that a zone shake before a workout isn't the best idea, you just might want to wait until after you workout. Everyone look at the pictures of yesterday's workout under our photo link. Another great Saturday workout in the park is scheduled for 10am. Anyone and everyone is welcome. Remember to wear your shirt, and new comers remember that there is a one time shirt buy of $25.
: Bring a towel, water and if you want to listen to your IPOD during the workout, you can but make sure that you can still hear us. If any of you are allergic to grass or just don't like that itchy feeling, please wear sweat pants or bring a light weight mat to do sit-ups on. SEE ALL OF YOU THERE!!!
